This year is off to a good start for Happeo. Partially because we’re happy, grateful, and maybe even a bit surprised to have made it through the last year with flying colors. And also because our product, a digital workplace galore (aka a great social intranet) won two more badges from G2. Our customers left us raving reviews and we didn’t even have to bribe them. Promise! And the proof is in the pudding. Or in this case, in the ClearBox independent intranet report.

In this extensive 505 pages long report, Happeo ranked high for many criteria. In particular, the report says Happeo ranks especially high for: user experience & visual and publisher & admin experience. All features we strive to perfect, and what distinguishes us from our competitors. And our customers tend to agree:
“Feedback about the Happeo product is overwhelmingly positive, with customers citing its ease of use and integration with Google Workspace (previously G Suite) as significant benefits. One explained the Google integration is “great for our business and means that no time is wasted updating information on several platforms”. Another customer described it as their “backbone digital workplace” and the “central source for company news and information”. While a third client said it is “a good platform to encourage collaboration within and across departments” and “a good tool for culture change”.
We don’t want to give out too many spoilers, but you can find the full report here.
We’re fortunate to have some of the best UX designers out there who’ve done an exemplary job at making our product not just usable, but enjoyable.
It’s not easy making intranet sexy but we’d say ours is as attractive as they come. Our mission is to make work a happier place, and work wouldn’t be a happy place if not everyone could enjoy their company intranet. Our tech team had plenty of practice with our own team to make sure Happeo is accessible to all. An easy intranet means needing to know how to code or feeding your underpaid-IT staff pizza and cola is a thing of the past.
Our Happeo family gained 40 new members in 2020. And each and every one of them has contributed to making Happeo what it is today. From expanding our markets, to perfecting our product and rallying an Internal Comms community.
Despite our very diverse backgrounds (over 20 nationalities and counting!), we all have one thing in common: ambition. It’s easy to advocate for a product you know and love, and that’s just what we do. We will always strive to innovate and continue improving our intranet. To us, momentum means we really have assembled the perfect team to lead us to make work a happier place.
As our CEO Perttu Ojansuu said "We spend one-third of our life working. Shouldn’t it be something that we love doing?" That’s why we want to make work better, less stressful, and more enjoyable for everyone.
For starters, it means we’re humbled. We certainly toot our own horn once in a while, but the truth is we wouldn’t be where we are without all our amazing customers.
We’re also extremely proud, because Happeo helped Internal Comms overcome some of the many challenges of 2020. And it’s amazing to be recognized for that.
Lastly, we really can’t wait for what the future holds. We want to revolutionize Internal Comms – and seeing that we’ve already accomplished so much is proof that we’re on the right, ambitious track.
