We’re excited to introduce Pages 2.0, the next evolution of Happeo Pages! After months of development, testing, and customer feedback, we're ready to bring you a more intuitive, flexible, and powerful way to build and manage intranet content – creating the pathway to a better, more impactful platform.
With drag-and-drop functionality, enhanced navigation, powerful widgets, and AI-powered content suggestions, you’ll have more control and creativity at your fingertips – making it easier than ever to create on-brand, engaging intranet pages.
On April 2, Pages 2.0 will be enabled for your organization. This means you and your content creators will be able to create new content within our new and improved editor. Don't worry – the original editor isn’t going anywhere just yet. Here’s what that means for you:
Here’s what that means:
✅ Both editors will coexist throughout 2025, supporting a smooth transition.
✅ You can still create and edit pages in the original editor if you prefer.
✅ Your existing pages will remain fully accessible – there’s no risk of data loss.
✅ No downtime, no disruptions – your intranet continues running smoothly.
When you’re ready, test and explore the new editor by creating new pages from scratch or with best-practice templates. Find out what you can expect. 👇

We’ve designed the Pages 2.0 rollout with your needs in mind. That’s why we’re building seamless page conversion tools to help you migrate your existing pages to Pages 2.0 with minimal effort at a time that suits you from July 2025. For more information, refer to the key milestones on the journey to Pages 2.0 below.
